Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are laboratory reagents for Research Use Only (RUO), returns are generally excluded.

A return or replacement is only possible in the following cases:

•                damaged or defective goods upon delivery

•                incorrect shipments caused by us

 

In such cases, the customer must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving the goods.

 

Notifications must include:

•                order number

•                batch or lot number

•                a description of the issue

•                photographic documentation of the damage

 

Returns require prior written authorization from the Seller. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Returned goods must be shipped in original or equivalent packaging to prevent transport damage.

If the complaint is justified, the Seller will provide a replacement or a credit note at its discretion. Refunds are not offered.
